In this assignment, you will collect secondary data sources and perform PESTEL analysis for environmental scanning to monitor and forecast trends shaping health care strategy in a community.
Start by going to the Center for Studying Health System Change: Community Reports (http://www.hschange.org/index259e.html?data=21) and review the community report at the lower part of this page. 
Next, choose one of the 11 Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) reports (EXCLUDING Phoenix, as I am giving you an example below
Conduct the PESTEL analysis on the MSA you selected between 2010 and 2020. Discuss and highlight any other market trends over the past 10 years. Create a 3-4 page (excluding the title and reference page) document showing the PESTEL analysis between 2010 and 2020. Highlight any other market trends over the last 10 years. Summarize findings in a narrative at the end.
Keep in mind that you need to research reports and data for the state of the community that you choose to analyze. Every state has a reporting site like California’s. This link below is an example California site showing you what type of data you might be looking for and how it might be presented. There are many other types.
