In this APA paper, you will explain the theory, discuss how it can be applied in a new/future study, and analyze the ways it could help us make changes in and around the communication issue itself. 
A minimum of 6 references from published
scholarly journals and/or books are required. There are 3 major compounents:
First, introduce the theory and do a summary of literature review on the theory that you have chosen to write about. Spend some time choosing a theory that would be strategically useful to you down the road. It is important to summarize and synthesizewhat you have learned about this theory through your research.
Second, you will identify a communication situation to apply the theory. This selected situation is one you feel interested, passionate about, know little but would like to know more about. Chose a very specific situation—it will make your work easier! You willidentify a communication problem to work on by applying your theory in this actual situation.
The third component of the term paper is to critically evaluate and analyze this theory.What are limitations of the theory? How to critique the theory from both within and outside its paradigms? What are proponents and critics concerned about? What about itsconceptualization and usefulness? 
Make sure that their is a title page AND citation page included with the 6 other pages required.
