In your critique, discuss the character’s storyline (major or minor character? fully imagined or tokenized?), strengths, weaknesses, and overall representation. How do the creators understand this character’s sexuality? In your opinion, what did creators get right and wrong about this character depiction? How can media work towards creating more diverse and authentic representations of persons with disabilities? 
You can choose any character that has any type of disability (physical, emotional, intellectual, developmental, visible/invisible, etc).

Why factors contributed to the character being a minor or major storyline? Did the arc of the character’s storyline become more integral to the arc of the show/film or did it diminish? 
Was this character fully realized or stereotyped or tokenized? If so how, and in what way? Why might this have happened? What could prevent this from happening in future media depictions of people with disabilities? 
What were the strengths and weaknesses of the character you chose? Were they well represented overall; why or why not? 
How was their sexuality understood? Were they assumed to be straight? Cis? Asexual? Uninterested or over interested in sex? What is the character’s relationship to their own sexuality and pleasure? 
Why might some creators get it right when others still have more work to do?
