Find a map made before 1960 that interests you. In 250 to 300 words describe the elements you see in the map and what makes it an effective map from your point of view. You should select a map that you find inspiring in some way and not just the first map you find online. The idea is for you to explore the elements of a map, its design and the message that they are trying to convey to the reader. Put the link to the map in the Canvas discussion, and add your analysis of the map.
