I need made up financials for a food truck to be situated near a university where its in competition with fast food restaurants. the truck will be able to move for special events and also do catering. of course it intends to generate revenue from drinks as well.  revenue will come from add ons as the truck will be a asian/chinese bahamian blend where delancies like conch and craw fish or lobster are added to ramen for an additional price. the truck is intended to be funded by grants offered in the bahamas to small businesses we need to purchase the truck and supplies etc. this is to be basically planned from scratch. a ramen food truck with a bahamian twist we need to prepare financials from the truck to fuel to gas for the stoves to ccook  to bowls to serve the food in to drinks for resale and importing iteams to the bahamas wholesale to cut costs etc
