I need a personal narrative essay about myself starting in the healthcare field

I need a personal narrative essay about myself starting in the healthcare field as a nursing assistant for 10 years, then attend nursing school to become an licensed practical nursing d/t wanting to be more involved with my patients care other then given then a bath, 
dressing then. Now it’s 16 yrs later I attending nursing school to obtain a degree in nursing as a RN. I enjoy being a nurse. Now I want to be more involved in my patients plan of care. I need my reader to sense my journey. All the following are needed.
