This assignment is simple, write a critique, You must watch all 4 and then talk about them in the same paper.  You should critique them separately as well as compare and contrast each video.  Remember, include all 4 videos in 1 critique paper.  You don’t need to write 4 different papers.
The opening paragraph should include the name of the company, choreographer and date of the performance (where applicable).  If you watched a video or a movie, you should copy and paste the URL (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.), or include the source of the performance/movie.  For instance, did you rent it on Amazon or some other streaming service?  You must also provide any other relevant information like the title, director, choreographer, etc.  The rest of the opening paragraph should include a brief overview of the performance/movie.
Then discuss memorable aspects of the performance/movie.  Things to look for and think about when discussing the performance:
Lighting
Costumes
Atmosphere (mood)
Set/Props
Movement/Sounds/Rhythm
Story
Discuss how these things connected or didn’t connect and how they made you feel.  Did the story resonate?  Was the movement interesting?  Inspiring?  This middle portion of your paper can be as many paragraphs as you need.
Conclusion (last paragraph):  Offer your overall impressions. How did the performance you observed relate to what you have learned about dance in this course?
