– Originally, the list of the literature should have been formed from the sources that already exist in the text, but we will need to add a couple more down the road. The citation style should be [1], [2], [3].  
– The language should be English (US)
– The document should have 1,5 line spacing, with spaces of 3 cm from the left, 1 cm from the right
We will need to add the following information:
– The problem with the situation was that the key stakeholders already had a skeptical attitude toward the HR function after 3 unsuccessful attempts to build this function. Three previous colleagues were fired in three years.
