Choose an article from the Management Library Guides Links to an external site. that discusses the management practices within the organization that you chose.
Share your findings in your initial post. How could the organization improve its practices based on the article you selected?
Need help finding a topic? The following ideas may help you get started:
A current management decision that has led to success or failure within the organization. For example: remote/hybrid work, downsizing (layoffs), upsizing (hiring).
An ethical dilemma that arose and how management responded to the issue. For example: discrimination, corruption (bribery, etc.).
An external factor/pressure that impacts the organization and how management has planned for resolving, such as laws that impact the organization, political factors, economic factors, technological factors, etc.
