For this video analysis discussion forum, we will focus on the most effective compound exercises for wither upper or lower body strength and development. We will examine correct form and execution of these movements and provide alternative exercises of the same compound movement, just with other conventional or non-conventional equipment.

You will record your analysis of the exercises to the best of your ability. If you have access to a gym or other area to show the main compound exercise or alternative, please use it because it makes the analysis truer to life. If you are unable, attempt to explain the exercise and alternatives through video clips you may find. The video clips should only be used if you cannot make them yourself.
