- the project’s significance
- the project’s originality
- feasibility, based on the experimental design and efforts indicated
- qualifications of the applicant and team
- adequacy of the facilities
- appropriateness of the budget
Please use the Grant Proposal Evaluation Form assist you in the completion of your evaluation. Use YES/NO answers to indicate whether a specific element is included or a criterion has been met, and use the numerical rating (1 = lowest, 5 = highest) where appropriate. Write a short summary to assess if the proposal is significant and fundable.
