Essay 3:  Research and Writing Process Reflection
The Essay 3 assignment is based on your work for Essay 2 as well as instructor feedback you receive on Essay 2. You are required to use the Chicago Notes and Bibliography (NB) system to document your sources. Refer to the Purdue Owl CMOS Guide in the Weeks 10-16 Course Module. 
This is a reflective writing assignment that asks you to consider the following questions about the research and writing process you undertook for the Essay 2 assignment:
What did you learn about your chosen topic?
Did your research uncover anything surprising to you? Explain.
How did you approach the research process? What search tools and/or databases did you use? How did you ensure that the sources you used were appropriate?
How did you ensure that you were able to complete all components of the essay on time? Did you schedule specific times or places to work, for example?
How did you incorporate peer and instructor feedback through reviews and class discussions into your work?
What would you do differently if you were working on Essay 2 now?
Select three of the five sources you used in Essay 2 to support points you are making in this essay—two of these must be peer-reviewed articles. (Note that if any source used in Essay 2 is identified as inadequate based on instructor feedback, you may not use that source for this assignment.)
Your essay should be 750-1000 words, with a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. There should be at least three footnotes (you may have more than three) and a bibliography. All formatting should conform to the NB system.
Lastly, Most Importantly, MAJORLY IMPORTANT… it needs to be in Chicago Notes and Bibliography system (NB) format.
