Choose an ethical issue of your choice. Here are some suggestions: The Border Crises, Opioid use, and abuse, Black lives matter, Me too movement, LGBTQ+ rights, Climate change, The rising cost of education, Vaccinations, and mask-wearing during a pandemic). Support and critique the topic ending with your positionality.
The structure of the paper will be as follows: 
1. Introduce the topic and end with a thesis statement.
2. Use an ethical theory studied in class to support the ethical issue (any theory not studied in class will not be accepted)
3. Use an ethical theory in class to critique the ethical issue (any theory not studied in class will not be accepted) 
4. State and explain your position and which theory you are using to make the case for the topic.
5. Conclusion
Minimum 5-6 pages of text, APA format, double-spaced, font Ariel 12. The title page and work cited page are separate. A minimum of 4 references on your work cited page.
