Carefully read the three attached
documents. The “Case Study Checklist and Rubric” will guide you through
the expecations and format for the paper. Use the Case Study Template to
organize and format your paper. The template has examples of what to
include in each section. There is only one case since the discussion
board featured others. Follow the template exactly. For example, use the
diagnostic criteria tables to link signs and symptoms to diagnostic
criteria.

should be attached via a word document. Please do not type your response
directly into the text box.
