Attachment “NBD IAP for TUR SFC&MFC 10-22-2013 (2) – final reviewed by CRCCD” must be updated and rewritten while maintaining the same format with the objective to review and summarize the updated Company requirements and controls stipulated in attachment “SAPM Procedural statement” and utilize it as a refrance to draft the final paper titled; “Internal Administrative Procedure for Unit Rate SFC contracts” and have company employees to adhare to the updated instructions stipulated in “SAPM Procedural statement” during the procurement process.
