At the end of this module, students will be expected to have fundamental knowledge and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the following:
1) Experiential learning and how it contributes to the future work of pre-service educators.
2) Professionalism and the connections to how educators in the modern day conduct their work in the field of education.
3) Honoring individual students and groups of students’ unique experiences as they relate to their educational and personal lives.
4) Social and emotional tools and resources for creating safe places and places for student learning and achievement.
5) Creating classroom spaces that have students at the center of learning and that are conducive to achievement. 
6) Effective classroom management strategies that are respectful to students and retain engagement for all learners.
7) Academic skills including writing, research, collaboration, discussion, and other skills determined by professors derived from student assignments and assessment data.
