At the end of the course, you will deliver an individual virtual slide presentation demonstrating your acquired knowledge about an HR challenge in a healthcare organizations. The slide presentation material should come from your presentation case paper (instructions below), which must include new information from research literature not found in text. These presentations will be at least 10 minutes of presenting the slides. Grading is based on presentation style, content, and clarity. 
Presentation Case Paper (Short Essay)
This 2-3 page executive summary should be the content that supports your virtual presentation. The paper will examine a HR challenge in a healthcare setting such as “Staffing”, “Executive Compensation”, or “Training”. You are encouraged to come up with your own case example. This document will outline the case problem and either a real or suggested solution. 
Please choose one HR challenge in healthcare organizations as it will be the topic of the paper and slide presentation. Please write the Presentation Case Paper APA 7th Edition format, must be only 2-3 pages, and provide an APA citation reference list, including in-text citations throughout the paper. References must be scholarly sources. Absolutely no plagiarism or AI work, please send proof of both. This paper will be the outline of the slide presentation. The slide presentation must have APA 7th citations (in-text citations throughout the slides & reference page). I would prefer it if you made a Google Slide for me. Please make the slide presentation clean and readable. I need notes on each slide on what to say (speaker notes). Please consider the content to time ratio, I have to discuss this slide presentation for at least ten minutes.
