Prisoner rights in America have become a widespread topic as more and more about this domain is shared with the outside world. It is important to understand that although inmates are imprisoned, they still have the benefit of retaining several rights and liberties. Inmate rights in America are based generally on the provisions of the Bill of Rights. For this assignment, you are going to research the Bill of Rights and other Constitutional amendments and give a comprehensive explanation of the primary amendments that inmates have had and continue to maintain and have an impact on prison law.
