An argument can be made that the United States, and indeed the world, is already engaged in a “Cyber War”. And while as of this writing, such warfare has not crossed into kinetic actions, we are at present as close to a cross-over into physical (kinetic) war as ever.
Still, the cyber war has not made the jump to warfare in the physical. But what if it did? What would have to occur to justify a kinetic responses to a cyber event?

For this assignment, you will write a compare and contrast paper on arguments for and against imminent cyberwar. 
For your grade, you should develop at least two arguments for the possibility imminent war and at least two arguments against the possibility of imminent war. Research at least two sources for and two sources against. 
Conclude the paper with your analysis. Make it at least one paragraph. This paragraph is graded for inclusion only. Content or opinions will not be graded. Your honest assessment is desired.
