Explore the policy implications, response requirements, and other challenges responders can and should anticipate.
Argue why it is important for emergency responders and key officials/stakeholders to understand the National Response Plan and Framework.
Discuss potential implications of not having a designated Incident Command System in place during a WMD attack in a community.
Include at least one example of when an ICS was or could have been used to respond to an incident involving a WMD incident, ideally in a location near your community.
