In a 2 page journal, select two clients you observed or counseled this week during a therapy session (Clients must be different from the clients used in your previous journal). Address the following in your practicum journal:
• Describe each client without violating HIPAA regulation.
• Identify any pertinent history and/or medical information including prescribed medications.
• Using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders, fifth Edition (DSM-5), explain and justify the diagnosis for each client.
• Discuss the therapy that would be more effective with each client including the expected outcome based on the therapeutic approach you selected.
• Explain any ethical and/or legal implications related to counseling each client
• Support your response with evidence-based literature.
