In a one page journal, select two clients you observed or counseled this week during a therapy session (Clients must be different from the clients used in your previous journal). Address the following in your practicum journal:
Describe each client without violating HIPAA regulation.
Identify any pertinent history and/or medical information including prescribed medications.
Using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders, fifth Edition (DSM-5), explain and justify the diagnosis for each client.
Discuss the therapy that would be more effective with each client including the expected outcome based on the therapeutic approach you selected.
Explain any ethical and/or legal implications related to counseling each client
Support your response with evidence-based literature.
