Proposal for New Clinic Service Paper – 20% of your grade 
You will be writing a proposal to add a service to the clinic that will serve one of the populations we have covered in this course. This proposal is to be no longer than 3 pages (excluding the cover page and the reference sheet.
Select an underserved population from our course. Detail at least 3 health related needs of this population. (Underserved population I picked: Black Community ) 
Prepare a 3 page proposal which you would submit to a clinic manager proposing an addition of new services to serve the underserved population of your choice.
You must include the rationale for wanting to add these services (need, size of potential population, etc).
You must include the pros and cons of adding this service including the benefits and drawbacks to the clinic.
You must include some description of the competition – will you be the only clinic offering these types of services to this population or are there many other providers.
Please discuss the resources you would need to get this service started.
Include a summary at the end tying your points together and setting out a timeline for accomplishing the addition of new services.
