You read the case, “PGA Tour, Inc. v. Martin” (page 406 in the textbook). Justice Stevens delivered the opinion of the majority. Justice Scalia had issues with the majority’s decision and wrote the dissent. 
I would like you to address Justice Scalia’s issues with the majority’s decision, specifically: 
The majority’s application of Title III and places of public accommodation for customers.
The majority’s “reasonable accommodation” argument.
How does Justice Scalia think the decision will impact those who may be disabled and those who manage sports properties/events?
