Continuing our work with your city of focus (Miami, Florida).  Take another look at their most their most recent (this can vary) strategic plan. 
After reviewing your city’s public health department’ strategic plan, and taking into consideration the reports (the community health needs assessment and financial statements review) you crafted, type a proposal (No specific formatting is required but footnotes to facilitate the data source is encouraged) based on your identified health need. The report should include: 
Health issue that in your opinion needs to be addressed or if already being addressed by your public health department, why more funding/work should be done with it.
Potential funding opportunities: Where can money be obtained from or should another program currently being funded be modified to address an issue you have identified.
Justification as to why the issue you have identified deserves more attention and or funding than other health issues being addressed. Use city, state or national data to help justify your request.
Your budget justification should also include a vision (future state), goals and objectives.
Address your your budget amendment request to the city’s public health departments and or to appropriate authorities
