“Ten Qualities of a Self-Renewing Adult”
On page 87 of our text, Frederic Hudson, author of “The Adult Years: Mastering the Art of Self-Renewal”, outlines ten essential qualities for adults to be self-renewing and to deal effectively with change. He believes that by acknowledging the importance of and the improving of these qualities, a person can prepare to becoming self-renewing.
For this assignment, choose five of the ten qualities that you identify with the most and write a reflective paper. In your paper, be thorough as you discuss and explain each chosen quality. Be sure you reference the qualities chosen to receive credit. Your 2-3 pages submission is a reflection of your best academic work. Be sure to proof for grammatical errors.
