Your first steps are to evaluate and observe what is going on. During the next three weeks you are going to use these scenarios and identify the major issues in the different areas of HR. Read the case and write a paper examining the issues that are occurring at Hudson College. Analyze the case study and consider:
What is happening?
What are the main issues in the different areas of HR?
What are the factors that may have contributed
to the current situation?

Length: At least two pages of content; this does not include the title page or the reference page. Avoid adding extra spaces; each page should have 23 lines of content.
Format: The assignment should be completed in a professional, well- written manner using the APA guidelines for a student paper.
References: Always include our textbook and the workbook (case study) in your reference list. In addition, you should use at least one more source to complete this assignment. Always use reliable sources such as HR related books and scholarly (peer-reviewed) sources; webpages, blogs, Wikipedia ARE NOT considered reliable sources.
In-text Citations: Make sure each reference list entry corresponds to at least one in-text citation.
Content: Incorporate concepts from your text as they relate to issues in the case.
