Component 1: COURSEWORK
Working
individually, you will complete both topic areas from Part 1, and from
Part 2 and develop a 1,000-word report for each of them 2000 in total.
The word limit is inclusive of title, primary texts, tables and figure
captions, in-text citations, but not the references. You should do your
best to address each of the highlighted questions within your chosen
topics. Your two reports should be produced as standalone pieces of
work but submitted as one file.
In the first mini essay we have to choose a team sport and answer to the questions:
Develop a yearly training plan in a team sport
• Analysis of the sport-specific demands (i.e., physical, technical, tactical, psycho-social)
• Structuring and periodization (i.e., general preparation, specific
preparation, competition, transition period) of sport-specific demands
• Structuring and periodization of sport-specific and age-specific demands in children
• Rationale and development for talent selection and identification form
And in the second mini essay we work with a strengh and conditioning sport and we answer to the questions:
Develop a yearly training plan in an individual sport
