creative enterprise presentation to further the framework for the venture’s potential
establishment and growth.
This is an authentic assessment because reflection and analysis of progress is a 
commonly used tool within the creative industries broadly and early stage start-ups 
specifically.
Comparing expectations and attitudes pre-intensive with how those factors may have 
changed post-intensive allows for a greater degree of insight around specific individual

Part 1: Written reflective analysis
Consider the following questions as you approach the section below. Please make sure 
you consistently make reference to specifics of your experience with your group in 
the Bootcamp and do not include broad or non-specific statements. 
• What elements worked well?
• What elements did not work well?
• What you would do differently?
• What (if anything) will do moving forward to advance the project?
Written reflective analysis:
Teamwork and team dynamics
Did group members get along and work well together? Were the skills and abilities of 
diverse group members appreciated and utilized? Was the work spread out among 
group members, or concentrated among one or two individuals? How and when did 
the group meet (i.e., in-person, virtually, a combination thereof, no meetings)?
Project planning
Was the basic purpose or vision of your creative project outlined at the onset? Did 
your group exhibit a cohesive and shared understanding of the group’s purpose? 
Were tasks, roles and responsibilities, and priorities clearly identified and 
communicated? Did the scope of the project “creep” or morph over time? Did the 
group employ any project management tools or systems, such as scheduling tools or 
task lists, during the execution of the project?
