I now want you to imagine you are constructing a project proposal using one of the methods we interacted with in class (oral history, survey, descriptive statistics).
In document address the following questions: 
What is the issue that you are investigating? Give me a description of what it is that you are going to study. Describe the problem, phenomena, issue, historical moment, current event.
Be sure to cite news articles, provide personal narratives, and/or media.
What method would you use? What type of data can you get from this?
What are the challenges that might arise?
Who would be some of the audiences that might be interested in your work? Why?
How do you position yourself within the structure/agency binary? Why? (See attached documented for a deeper discussion on topic)
Be creative. Do not limit yourself to what you have access to in the moment. Imagine that money is not a limiting factor, you can travel the world, you have the time, and you have access to unlimited data sets. Include media if you see it as appropriate.
