This is a formal writing assignment—think of it as a Term Paper. It will be subject to University-wide standards of academic integrity. Your response will be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. As for the number of slides necessary, we are looking for the development of an argument and each slide should represent a step in that argument development–generally speaking, your presentation should feature as many slides as an equivalent term paper would have paragraphs. Method of citation, however, is simplified: when quoting or paraphrasing simply give author last name and page # such as: (Molotch, 244).
