Provide and analyze your constitutional solution to the problem. What political, social, and ethical strategy(ies) that can be used to implement your

Discuss what immediate and long term action you can take to influence the government to take action on the issue and implement your solution.
II.
Your response must be equivalent to a minimum of 4 pages; you can write more than 4 pages and a thorough research assignment should be more than 4 pages. The heading is not calculated as part of the 4 page minimum requirement.

You must use at least three outside peer reviewed, scholarly sources to support your positions and analysis of the issue.
IV.
Your assignment must primarily be your views and positions. Use scholarly sources to support your thoughts and positions, but the use of outside scholarly source cannot be more than 20% of the content within the research assignment. This percentage is known as a similarity score. This means that 80%
or more now your research assignment must consist of your own thoughts and ideas related to the assignment.
