Organizational theory refers to examination of the performance and efficiency of an organization and the behaviors of the employees within it. Management theories describe factors and processes that influence the structure and outcomes of organizations and how they interact in society and across the health care industry. While managers must allocate resources, understand money, statistics, strategies, and economics, the majority of their time is spent handling employees.
