The Food Security Essay- Understanding Global Food Security tackles the course theme of Food and asks students to consider the issues and problems facing nations and communities around the globe as well as how we as a global community need to address them for our survival.  Your paper must be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced with 1-inch margins, 3 pages minimum, and saved as a Word-compatible document.  Students completing the assignment will complete the following:
