From this information write an explanatory paper of why choices were made playing as justices sotomayor: explaining why you
voted as you did in your main case and how you believe your justice would have voted in the
other case (City of Grants Pass v. Gloria Johnson). In order to explain your vote, you’ll need to cite your justice’s record of voting in the
areas of law at issue, as well as your justice’s other inclinations on the bench (e.g., to support
state’s rights, to vote with a particular colleague, to rule harshly when children are involved, to
take a broad view of the establishment clause, etc.), and relate them to the cases you heard. What
precedents/ doctrines/arguments did your justice find most persuasive and why? Provide full
citation of your sources.

Legal brief: this is the legal brief for the LW defense attorneys in which many of the arguments made Sotomayor also agreed with
Beginning of the explanotory paper: this is some points that I have started writing about. The notes at the bottom where it says simulation case A is just notes of what I saw on the other Courts case (don’t need to use any of those notes necessarily). 
Questions asked to attorneys: are the questions I asked to the attorneys specifically the defendant’s attorney. These were questions asked like Sotomayor would find a citation or evidence to back up why Sotomayor would ask questions like these.
