“Based on the cases we studied, write an analysis of approximately one page proposing a test for gender discrimination. Support your analysis ONLY with the cases we studied and discuss at least two of them in your response.  A portion of your analysis should also describe any potential weaknesses of your approach.”
This is a short writing assignment, the purpose of this
assignment is to come up with a test for dealing with discrimination, specifically
gender-based discrimination. The scope of gender classifications is quite
broad. The way I think of this is the type of protection that should exist with
someone who is alleging discrimination on the basis of transgender
identification. You do not need to use this set of facts but I think it may be
easiest. 
I have provided all the cases that are relevant to this
assignment. I provided all of them just so you can have a sense of what kind of
assignment this is and you may be able to use some of them for the general
purpose of writing the assignment however please only pick two cases out of the
