In paper two, a section of the healthcare system will need to be identified and challenges related to access, affordability and quality should be highlighted. Students will highlight some of the social, political and other forces that have impacted the development of the part of the system they choose to highlight. Examples of areas that a student can choose in the healthcare system are as follows but not limited to: (i.e. Hospitals, managed care organizations, medical group practices, ambulatory, long-term care, and home health care facilities, insurance and pharmaceutical companies etc.…) Students will indicate if they are interested in working in that healthcare system environment and how training in healthcare leadership will help them work in that setting
