All of the concepts we discussed in this class interrelate with each other and can be applied in your life to support your physical, mental, and emotional health. For your final assignment, you will be reflecting and creating a wellness plan that utilizes these concepts to make concrete wellness goals for your life. 
As a reminder this semester you studied dance anatomy, the skeletal and muscular system, warm up, cool down, rest and recovery, injury awareness and prevention, movement therapy, nutrition, neurological/physical healing, complementary therapies and self healing practices.

In 1-2 pages, reflect on how the concepts from this course interrelate with each other and in your personal life. How are you being impacted by these concepts and what specific areas can you identify in your life that you would like to focus your attention on more moving forward? These areas could be in your physical wellness, emotional wellness, interpersonal wellness etc.  
Create a wellness plan with 5-7 concrete goals set in response to the areas you identified, with the intention to help you grow towards more overall well-being. 
Make sure to specify how your goals are SMART: specific, measurable, actionable, reasonable, and timely.
