This assignment will continue your work on your final project for this course. You will submit a reflection on your final policy regarding how the proposal impacts non-dominant groups in the area it would be implemented. Non-dominant groups can be minorities that may include but not be limited to gender, race, sexuality, ethnicity, indigenous status, age, and military status. Include proper citation by referencing the course material. 
In your journal submission, include the following critical elements:
Provide a summary of your policy proposal in your final project to solve the policy of your choice. At least one of the sources must be a scholarly, peer-reviewed article. 
Explain the impact your policy may have on non-dominant groups in the area it would be implemented.
Non-dominant groups would be different in various geographical areas; for example, in India, Caucasian people would be a non-dominant group.
Suggest recommendations to address how this impact might be mitigated.
