Utilize the two cases you briefed prior Harris v.Fortift systems inc and Meritor v.Vinson , as well as the fact pattern( cite cases ) . Write a detailed memorandum of law answering the questions below. Please review the attached files ” things to keep in mind when writing a case brief and memo ” as well as the sample memo of law”. 1. Does the conduct complained of amount to hostile work environment sexual harassment? Why or why not ? ( analyze the elements needed for hostile work environment and apply them to fact pattern )
2. Did he conduct at issue rise to the level of Quid Pro Quo harassment as defined in the cases ? Can the university be held liable for the conduct at issue ? ( again apply the law from the 2 cases to the fact pattern to answer these questions )
