Once you have an approved proposal and annotated bibliography (Part I), you should move on to Part II of this assignment which is to write a 6-8 page paper on a resolution process that you have selected. Use APA style of citation. Be sure to include both in-text citation and a Resources page at the end of the paper. (See APA and writing information in the Course Information section of this Moodle site for more information). The overall purpose  of this assignment is to select a resolution process that meets your particular interests and academic and professional goals. You may choose from the resolution methods presented in the reading and resources on Moodle. Ideas for topics include:

Make sure to address the following:
Discuss in detail three specific points about your chosen conflict resolution process. These points should be supported by your outside sources and resources from the course
How can you use knowledge about this conflict resolution process informally and formally in your human services setting?  
Discuss in detail how will you use these skills and competencies for conflict prevention, management, or resolution.
In the conclusion, in addition to providing conclusion like remarks about your topic, please reflect on your overall conflict skills and understanding gained from the course (take a look at your reflection from week 1 to reflect on any growth  or development in skills throughout the study), any remaining personal goals you wish to develop and how this knowledge will help you go forward in your communication and conflict approaches in the human services setting.
So the conclusion is a conclusion not only to your topic (e.g. how you would use this in your work/life, why important) but also a conclusion to the course with regard to where you are at now that you have finished vs. where you felt your skills were at when you began the course.
