Objective of the Personal Project Paper
The objective of the personal project paper is to demonstrate the practical application of the
program’s insights within a particular initiative. While the paper should maintain a businessoriented writing style, the approach must be substantiated with evidence and insights drawn
from relevant literature. As a result, it is crucial for candidates to incorporate endnotes and
refer to existing literature and research reports. It’s worth noting that the project paper is not
meant to resemble an academic article. Rewards and Ris one of the People and Culture Department
initiatives scheduled for implementation in 2024, as outlined in our detailed
action plan. The program aims to acknowledge and appreciate employees’
contributions. Recognizing their efforts boosts morale and fosters a positive
work culture.  
The program was introduced after conducting our engagement survey in 2023 and one of the heat maps inspired by the survey was recognition. so we developed the program  after beckmarking with other MDBs such as ITFC and IsDB .
