About the Movie:
Filmmaker Michael Moore compares various political, economic, and social aspects of several countries with those of the United States. He compares views and policies on work, health care, education, criminal justice reform, equal opportunity, and gender equality. The movie’s conceptual framework involves an American “invading” several countries in order to capture some of their best ideas for possible use in the United States.

As you watch the movie we will discuss it in class. Then you will be required to write an essay critically evaluating two or more of the policies portrayed in the movie, and whether they can be implemented or not in the U.S. You must support your arguments with reasons and information.
Criteria for Success:
The essay should be 2 to 3 pages double spaced, submitted through Canvas Speed Grader on or before April 17th
