Your task for the final discussion of the semester is to do some research and discover one employer that “does safety right”,you will be submitting an initial post about an employer with a strong safety record and/or a strong safety culture.
What you may want to incude: why did the employer chose to prioritze safety and health? What is the company doing to make it safe and healthful? Do workers themselves participate in the safety programs (e.g.is there a joint union-managment safety committee)? How does the organization measure their safety success?  Would you want to work for this employer?
