I have to write a Reflective Report on my work placement at a football club as a scout during my 4-week weeks internship. Be creative and write up a reflection on the experiences. Find below the main tasks I did during my internship please be creative, as you have done the internship

My work : Scout 1st Team : 
Working under the guidance of the Head of Recruitment, I had to watch & report on targeted players, monitor and also where possible, any new players.
Attend/watch games and report in line with the club reporting procedures. •
Assist in making recommendations for France region.
Scout across other regions internationally as directed by senior staff. 
Contribute to regular regional meetings, and attend other scout meetings as required. 
Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within clubs in your designated regions including Sports Directors, Academy Managers, Coaches, Agents, and other key stakeholders.
Scout tournaments as directed by Head of Recruitment. 
Record details of the work undertaken in line with club’s Scout Management procedures.
Maintain up to date knowledge on the in-house players.
Work on any other scouting project as required by Head of Recruitment.
