Purpose: In this assignment, students will submit their research plan (draft) based on the outline they submitted on or before March 10, 2024. Whereas the previous assignment was an outline, this assignment should be written like the methods section of a peer-reviewed journal article. Students will provide specifics about how they will collect data (i.e., who, what, when, where, and how). For some of you, this will involve revising and resubmitting your outline with only minor changes. For others, you will need to turn your outline into a working draft (see below). 
Criteria for success: 
·      In reading your research plan, I should be able to tell exactly how you would conduct the proposed research. Whereas the outline was intended to provide generalities, this will provide specifics. If you are using a mixed methods approach, you will provide specifics for both approaches. 
·      Your assignment will be formatted in the same (general) way as a Methods section in a peer reviewed journal article.
·      Your assignment will be written in Times New Roman 12-point font.
·      The length of your assignment will vary by your chosen methods, but most people can expect to write between 300-600 words.
