Hi, so this one is gonna be not a lot of writing, but more of investigating. 
There are two tasks that I need done. Both are to write a letter to management. Attached are all the files needed for the task, and you’ll have to watch a few videos. The videos are normally from 2 to 3 minutes long, and they are about 15 in total. I’d recomment to read the assignments, then the case study, then watch the videos. Once you’ve done that, you can go ahead and write the letter. I’ll now list the attached documents and what they’ll be needed for.
WGU Performance Assessment.pdf – This is the document with Task 1 that involes writing the letter to upper management regarding the case study. This document contains the requirements of the letter as well as the the rubrik to be followed. Please follow the “competent” requirements.
WGU Performance Assessment2.pdf – This document contains Task 2 which is similar totask 1 with the difference that it’s a new letter to management with different requirements. The letter is based on the same case study which I’ll provide in the next document. 
TechFite Case Study.docx – This is the case study that you’ll be basing your task 1 and task 2 on.
C841 Task 1…. – These are the videos to watch for task 1. The are short, but help helpful in completing Task 1. The name of the files match with the Task 1 requirement steps. So if you need help with Task 1 step A1, the video is there to help.
C841 Task 2… – These are the videos to watch for task 2. Names are once again matched to a specific step in this task.
