Our body is central in the ways we experience the world, develop our identity, and present it to others.  Share your thoughts on this topic (focusing especially on identity formation and expression). Please speak in broader terms about this topic and avoid personal references. In either case, you have to do the following in your answer:
Discuss at least one specific example of how we use our body to express our identity. You can consider things such as clothing, grooming/make-up/bodily adornment, body language, bodily characteristics, bodily care, training or other bodily practices, etc. It is fine to focus on only one of these (or other relevant) aspects. 
Attach one image to your post that is relevant to the idea(s) you explore and explain how at least one visual detail of the image illuminates what you are talking about. The image does not have to be of you, even when you share personal information (this is up to you). Be respectful of others in your choice of image. 
Consider to what degree the bodily practices and relevant identities you discuss through your text and your image are a matter of personal choice, socio-cultural upbringing, or both.
