1) Compare unskilled vs. skilled leader decision-making practices under these conditions and its consequences
2) Compare unskilled vs skilled practices to enable conscious and evidence-based decision making in teams
3) Impart good practices for communicating pertinent data that team members need to make good decisions timely
b) The professional development journey presenting team leaders personally took (and how they measured their progress) to improve their:
1) ability to make competent and ethical decisions under conditions of uncertainty
2) demonstrate transformational leadership behavior and
3) the impact they have had on their teams’ engagement and/or other organizational measures when they improved their own decision-making skills.
